Keynotes & Experiences

Space to think
Reflective writing for wellbeing, creativity and connection
We spend so much of our working lives doing, responding, delivering. Moving on to the next thing.
But this session is about stopping.
Space to think is a guided writing experience for teams, using journaling, personal reflection and gentle storytelling prompts to help people slow down, clear their heads and reconnect with themselves. It's not a therapy session, nor is it a writing class. It's simply a rare hour or two where people are given permission to think, feel and put pen to paper, without agenda, without judgement and without their phones.
People leave feeling lighter. More connected to their colleagues. Clearer about what they're carrying and what they want to let go of. No writing experience needed. Just show up.
Suitable for NHS teams, universities, charities, local authorities and corporate wellbeing days.
Available as a 90-minute session or half day experience, in person or online.

The stories we carry
Finding your voice, identity and belonging
Every person brings a story to work. Our identities, and experiences shape how we see the world and contribute to the spaces we're part of. When people feel seen, heard and valued, they are more likely to thrive.
Drawing on her experience as the daughter of Ugandan Asian refugees, alongside her work as an author, TEDx speaker and former educator, Noreen creates thought-provoking sessions that explore identity, belonging and the power of storytelling to foster understanding and meaningful connection.
Blending personal storytelling with guided reflection and conversation, this session invites audiences to consider the stories they carry, challenge assumptions and explore how empathy and curiosity can help create more inclusive workplaces and communities.
Suitable for conferences, leadership events, staff development, DEI programmes & organisational away days.
Available as a keynote, interactive workshop or facilitated discussion. Delivered in person or online.
